3D Designer -Interiors

KEY SKILLS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

Technical Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Software:

AutoCAD (2D & 3D) SketchUp, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, or equivalent advanced 3D design software

Education:

Degree /Diploma in AutoCAD /Interior Designing

Experience:

2-3 Years experience in Interior Industry handling the same position.

JOB ROLE

Verify and check contractor and subcontractor bills against approved drawings, BOQs, and estimates.

Carry out detailed measurement checking and cross-verify quantities with initial estimations.

Analyze construction drawings and site progress to ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs.

Monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure work is executed within approved financial limits.

Review and verify progress reports, claims, and deductions submitted by contractors and subcontractors.

Handle variations, extra items, and rate analysis in coordination with project and design teams.

Ensure all construction works comply with contractual terms, quality standards, and specifications.

Support project teams by providing cost-related insights to help projects stay within budget and timelines.
