3D EVENT DESIGNER

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced 3D Event Designer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative design concepts and producing high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renders for a wide range of events, exhibitions, brand activations, corporate functions, launches, conferences, booths, stages, and temporary event installations.

This position is specifically for a 3D Designer with strong event-industry experience. The candidate must understand how event designs work in the real world — including temporary structures, stages, exhibition stands, branding elements, backdrops, entrances, feature installations, furniture, lighting, screens, and other event-production elements.

We are looking for someone who is not simply a 3D operator, but a designer who can receive a brief and develop it into a strong visual concept.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The 3D Designer will be responsible for:

• Developing original and creative 3D design concepts based on client briefs, event requirements, brand guidelines, tender documents, floor plans, and references.
• Transforming initial ideas and creative directions into complete 3D event environments and visual concepts.
• Producing professional, realistic and presentation-quality 3D renders that clearly communicate the proposed design to clients.
• Designing a variety of event-related environments and elements
• Developing several creative directions or design options when required rather than relying on a single concept.
• Creating designs that are visually impressive while remaining realistic, buildable and suitable for event production.
• Understanding the relationship between creative design and practical production considerations such as materials, fabrication methods, dimensions, installation, dismantling, accessibility and budget.
• Applying client branding correctly within the overall 3D environment without compromising the quality of the design.
• Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, textures, furniture, lighting and decorative elements for each concept.
• Creating accurate lighting environments within the 3D scene to achieve professional and realistic visualizations.
• Producing multiple camera angles, close-ups and overall views when required for presentations and proposals.
• Making design revisions efficiently according to internal feedback and client comments.
• Working closely with the creative, production, project management and technical teams to ensure that proposed designs can be successfully produced.
• Supporting tender submissions and client presentations through strong visual concepts and high-quality renders.
• Managing several projects simultaneously while meeting tight event-industry deadlines.
• ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS1. 3D DESIGNER – MANDATORY

The candidate must be a professional 3D Designer.

This is not an Architect or Interior Designer position.

Candidates whose experience is primarily architecture, residential interiors, commercial interiors or architectural drafting will not be considered unless they can demonstrate substantial professional experience specifically in 3D event, exhibition and experiential design.

EVENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE – MANDATORY

The candidate must have proven professional experience working with an events company, exhibition company, experiential agency, event production company or similar organization.

Previous experience designing temporary event environments is a major requirement.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of professional 3D design experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with 5+ years specifically within events, exhibitions, activations or experiential design.
• Must be capable of working independently from brief to final visualization.

3D SOFTWARE – MANDATORY

Excellent professional knowledge of 3D design and rendering software is essential.

Strong proficiency in 3ds Max is highly preferred.

Experience with professional rendering engines such as Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray is strongly preferred.

The candidate should have excellent skills in:

• 3D modeling
• Texturing and materials
• Lighting
• Rendering
• Scene composition
• Camera setup
• Realistic visualization
• Render optimization

Knowledge of other professional 3D software may be considered, provided the candidate can demonstrate an excellent standard of event visualization.

• Ability to create concepts from a written brief rather than simply copying references.

• Ability to produce photorealistic and presentation-quality renders.
• Understanding of event-production and fabrication methods.
• Ability to balance creativity with budget and production feasibility.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising design quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage revisions and multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Candidates with immediate or short-notice availability will be preferred.
• Experience working within the Qatar events and exhibition market is a strong advantage.

Pay: QAR200.00 - QAR800.00 per month
