About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Generalist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in 3D production and visualization. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender, and Autodesk Maya and be capable of contributing to high-quality 3D projects from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, environments, props, textures, and materials for various projects.
• Develop realistic and visually engaging 3D scenes using Unreal Engine, Blender, and Maya.
• Handle 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and scene optimization.
• Import, organize, and optimize 3D assets within Unreal Engine for real-time visualization.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and project teams to deliver creative solutions within project timelines.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and technical accuracy across all 3D deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to assets, rendering, and scene performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or in a similar role.
• Mandatory hands-on proficiency in all three tools:
• Unreal Engine
• Blender
• Autodesk Maya
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering.
• Knowledge of asset optimization and real-time 3D workflows.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant 3D projects.
• Good creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
