About the Role

Creation House is looking for a creative and experienced 3D Graphic Designer with strong experience in exhibition stand design and visualization . The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, functional, and visually appealing 3D exhibition stand concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.

The ideal candidate must understand the exhibition stand design and fabrication process and be able to create designs that are not only visually attractive but also practical for production and onsite installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D exhibition stand designs, concepts, layouts, and realistic renders based on client briefs.
• Develop creative concepts for custom-built exhibition stands, shell schemes, pavilions, and event spaces .
• Translate client requirements, brand guidelines, and floor plans into professional 3D designs.
• Prepare 3D models, elevations, floor plans, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals .
• Develop designs considering functionality, visitor flow, branding, lighting, furniture, storage, meeting rooms, and display areas.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, structures, lighting, furniture, graphics, and decorative elements .
• Ensure all designs are technically feasible and suitable for fabrication and onsite installation .
• Work closely with the Business Development, Project Management, Production, and Fabrication teams .
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate dimensions and technical details required for production.
• Visit exhibition venues or production facilities when required to understand site conditions and project requirements.
• Coordinate with production and project teams during the fabrication, buildup, and dismantling stages.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved designs, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Manage multiple exhibition projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in exhibition stand design .
• Exhibition industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, event spaces, brand activations, or commercial interiors .
• Strong understanding of exhibition stand construction and fabrication .
