3D Interior Designer

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations, realistic renders, and walkthroughs.
• Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, lighting concepts, and color schemes.
• Prepare detailed interior design drawings and presentations.
• Create 3D models based on architectural plans and project requirements.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure designs are practical, visually appealing, and suitable for construction.
• Make design revisions based on management, consultant, or client feedback.
• Assist in selecting and specifying materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements.
• Visit project sites when required to understand existing conditions and monitor design implementation.
• Ensure consistency between 3D designs, architectural drawings, and actual site execution.
• Prepare professional presentations and design proposals for management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and interior detailing.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
• Ability to develop a complete design from concept to final 3D visualization.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for proportion, materials, and aesthetics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
