What You’ll Be Doing?

• Producing 3d model based on existing photos and moodboard
• Proficient in UV texturing means having a strong understanding and skill in creating 3D models for texture mapping
• Positioning proposed building (if any), proposed landscape design and any changes
• Interpreting site plan, elevations, sections, detail drawings, etc. of the design and keeping up with any written, drawn, or recorded notes.

What We’re Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree (S1 equivalent) in architecture or landscape architecture or interior architecture
• Proficient in SketchUp – will be tested in orientation period, candidate must have a keen eye for scale, proportion and detail
• Possess general knowledge in architecture and construction drawings
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, able to adapt in fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (reading client’s written markups, listening to videos of client’s comments. Candidate also needs to be able to convey any questions related to the project)
• Ability to multi-task and working towards multiple deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• The ability for quick thinking & clear communication
• Highly motivated to learn new skills
• Preferred Skills: Lumion and D5 Render
