3D Modeler

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeler to join our technology and immersive experience team. The candidate will create high-quality 3D models and assets for VR/AR applications, simulations, training solutions, product visualization, and interactive digital experiences. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are passionate about 3D modeling, visualization, and immersive technologies and want practical experience working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models for VR, AR, simulation, and interactive applications.

Develop hard-surface, architectural, industrial, product, and environment models as required.

Create optimized low-poly and high-poly 3D assets based on project requirements.

Create UV layouts, textures, materials, and basic PBR workflows.

Prepare 3D assets for integration into Unity, Unreal Engine, and other real-time environments.

Optimize polygon count, textures, materials, and assets for real-time performance.

Create and maintain clean topology and organized model structures.

Work with references, technical drawings, photographs, and design briefs. Collaborate with VR developers, designers, and project teams.

Modify and improve existing 3D models based on project feedback. Maintain consistency, accuracy, scale, and visual quality across project assets.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of 3D modeling principles and workflows.
• Experience with Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar 3D software.
• Understanding of low-poly and high-poly modeling.
• Basic knowledge of UV mapping, texturing, materials, and PBR.
• Understanding of topology, scale, proportions, and optimization.
• Basic understanding of real-time 3D and game-engine workflows.
• Knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is an advantage.
• Good visual observation and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Des / B.Sc. / BCA / B.Tech / equivalent qualification in 3D Design, Animation, Game Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant project experience can apply.
• Candidates with a strong 3D portfolio, personal projects, or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
