3D Modeller, Visualizer (Interior Design)

About the role

Moather Zeyad Studios is an interior design and fit-out studio in Muscat working on residential and commercial projects. We're looking for a 3D Visualizer with solid drafting skills to join our design team. You'll work alongside our designers to turn concepts into photorealistic renders and prepare the drawings our contractors build from.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D models, photorealistic renders and walkthroughs from sketches, CAD drawings and references
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections and joinery/detail drawings in AutoCAD
• Model furniture, joinery, lighting and finishes accurately with realistic materials
• Contribute design input on layouts, palettes, materials and furniture selection
• Prepare presentation boards and client-ready visual packages
• Revise work quickly based on client and team feedback
• Coordinate with procurement so rendered items can be sourced and built

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in 3D visualization, interior design or drafting
• Strong portfolio of interior renders (required)
• Proficient in 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona) or SketchUp (Enscape/Lumion/D5), plus Photoshop
• Solid AutoCAD skills for working and detail drawings
• Good understanding of space planning, materials and lighting
• Familiarity with local materials and finishes is a plus
• Good English

Pay: RO350.000 - RO450.000 per month

• Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• 3D modelling, rendering: 3 years (Required)
