3D Modelling Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modelling Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and visual presentations for architectural, interior design, and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings for architectural, interior design, and renovation projects
• Develop 3D perspectives, interior layouts, furniture arrangements, lighting concepts, and material finishes based on design requirements
• Translate 2D floor plans, technical drawings, sketches, and design concepts into accurate 3D visualisations
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and the project team to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Revise and update 3D models and renderings based on client feedback and project requirements
• Assist in preparing visual presentations, mood boards, material selections, and design proposals
• Ensure that all 3D models and visualisations meet project specifications and deadlines
• Maintain organised project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks

About you

• Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Proficient in 3D modelling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or other relevant software
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret 2D technical drawings and floor plans
• Strong sense of design, proportion, spatial planning, lighting, textures, and material selection
• Good attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
