3D Printing Shop Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented 3D Printing Shop Administrator to oversee daily operations of our 3D printing facility. In this vital role, you will manage customer interactions, coordinate print jobs, and ensure the smooth functioning of the shop. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help deliver exceptional service to clients while maintaining efficient office and shop workflows. Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and calls with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Maintain accurate records of print jobs, billing, and customer communications while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Perform clerical duties such as managing office supplies to support overall office management and organization
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, track payment status, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Proven experience in administrative roles with strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information
• 3D printing/design knowledge is a preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
