3D Visualisation Specialist (Security Systems & Smart Infrastructure) #5252

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualization Specialist to develop high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough animations for security systems and smart infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and solution architects to transform technical designs into realistic visual presentations for client proposals, tender submissions, design reviews, and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modelling & Visualization

• Develop detailed 3D models and realistic renderings using Autodesk 3ds Max
• Create 3D layouts and visualizations for CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, security command centers, control rooms, and perimeter security solutions
• Produce interior and exterior visualizations of security installations and smart infrastructure environments.
• Interpret technical drawings, floor plans, layouts, and design concepts to develop accurate 3D representations

Rendering, Animation & Presentation

• Produce high-quality still renderings, walkthrough animations, and fly-through videos for client presentations and tender submissions
• Develop visual simulations to illustrate security system layouts, camera placement, and proposed surveillance coverage
• Prepare presentation materials to communicate proposed security solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders

Project Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, security consultants, and solution architects to understand project requirements
• Revise 3D models and renderings based on client feedback, design changes, and engineering requirements
• Ensure visual deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and submission deadlines
• Maintain organized 3D models, drawing files, rendering assets, and project documentation

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia Design, Engineering, 3D Design, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in 3D modelling, visualization, and rendering

• Proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max

• Hands-on experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer

• A portfolio showcasing relevant 3D modelling, rendering, and animation projects is required

• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret technical drawings and floor plans

• Experience producing photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthrough videos

• Strong understanding of spatial planning, lighting, materials, textures, and rendering techniques

• Experience in security systems, ELV systems, M&E, smart buildings, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage

• Familiarity with CCTV layouts, access control systems, command centers, and integrated security solutions is preferred

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
