Position: 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 34 years of experience in creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of 2D drawings, 3D modeling, materials, textures, lighting, and design aesthetics, along with the ability to translate concepts into realistic visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations based on design concepts and drawings.
• Interpret and work confidently with 2D plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
• Develop realistic materials, textures, finishes, and lighting for 3D scenes.
• Select and suggest appropriate materials, colors, textures, and finishes as per design requirements.
• Prepare photorealistic renders for presentations, client meetings, and design approvals.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and other teams to understand project requirements.
• Make revisions based on design feedback and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, and overall design intent.
• Create multiple design options and visual concepts when required.
• Manage 3D assets, material libraries, textures, and project files efficiently.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization / interior / architectural visualization.
• Strong knowledge of 2D drawings and design documentation.
• Good understanding of material selection, textures, finishes, and color combinations.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, and composition.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, D5.
• Good understanding of scale, proportions, perspective, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert them into realistic 3D visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skill.
