3D Visualizer Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations for residential projects.
• Develop 3D interiors, exteriors, floor plans and walkthroughs as required.
• Convert 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting and finishes to 3D models.
• Produce photorealistic renders for presentations, marketing and client requirements.
• Work closely with Architects, Designers and Project teams to understand design intent.
• Make design changes and revisions based on feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, colours and architectural details in visualizations.
• Maintain and develop a library of 3D models, materials, textures and assets.
• Stay updated with latest 3D visualization tools, rendering techniques and design trends.
