About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural and interior visualizations for education-led design projects.

The role will translate design concepts and technical information into compelling, accurate visuals for design development, presentations, client reviews, and marketing. The candidate will work closely with the Design Team to deliver high-quality visual outputs aligned with the design intent and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for architectural, interior, furniture, and fit out projects.
• Develop 3D environments from architectural drawings, Revit models, sketches, material information, and design references.
• Produce interior and exterior renders, perspectives, diagrams, mood visuals, and presentation imagery.
• Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, camera compositions, and environmental settings.
• Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent and accurately communicate the proposed design.
• Interpret design changes and update models and visualizations efficiently throughout project stages.
• Undertake post-production and image enhancement using appropriate graphic software.
• Maintain organized libraries of materials, assets, models, textures, and visualization resources.
• Manage multiple visualization tasks and deliver outputs in line with project deadlines and presentation requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization, preferably within an architecture, interior, or design studio.
• Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in architecture, 3D visualization, interior design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in D5, Revit, SketchUp, with a high level of competence in professional rendering workflow.
• Strong working knowledge of rendering software such as D5, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape or equivalent.
• Good proficiency in Photoshop and Ai an understanding of post-production workflows.
• Strong understanding of architectural materials, lighting, composition, scale, and spatial presentation.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce photorealistic, design focused imagery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design teams under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in education, hospitality, retail, or premium commercial projects.
• Experience producing visuals for client presentations, pitches, design reviews, and marketing material.
• Basic understanding of Revit and BIM-based design workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and interior visualization capability.
• Experience working with international design teams or consultants.

• Presentation imagery consistently meets the studio’s visual and technical standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
