3d visualizer

The Fifth Designs (TFD) is an interior architecture and design studio in Dubai, founded in 2021. Our team of about eight people designs luxury residential and commercial interiors for developers and private clients.

We work with property developers and private clients on residential communities, private villas and commercial fit-outs across the UAE and the wider region.

Our work is narrative-driven and textural. Materials, light, bespoke joinery and ceiling details carry much of that character, so render quality directly shapes how clients read and approve a design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build accurate interior models in 3DS Max from TFD plans, elevations, sections and reflected ceiling plans.
• Produce photorealistic still renders of residential and commercial interiors in V-Ray and Corona, across day, dusk and night lighting scenarios.
• Build materials that match the finishes specified by the TFD design team, including stone, veneers, metals, fabrics and lacquers. The visualizer does not select or specify finishes.
• Set up lighting, camera angles and compositions that present design intent clearly, and agree draft views with the design team before final renders.
• Retouch and grade renders in Photoshop: colour correction, lighting balance, atmosphere, entourage and final presentation output.
• Import and clean models from SketchUp and Revit, and fix geometry, scale and material issues before rendering.
• Maintain the TFD furniture, lighting and decor asset library, and model bespoke items such as custom joinery, feature walls and ceiling details.
• Revise renders from client, consultant and developer comments, and keep a clear version log.
• Deliver every render package to TFD project schedules and deadlines, and follow TFD file standards: naming, folder structure, resolutions and output formats.
• Join scheduled video reviews with the Dubai design team. Travel to Dubai if required.
