Role Overview - We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will transform 2D architectural plans, sketches, and design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and animations.

Technical Skill Requirements-

Candidate must have strong hands-on experience and proficiency in the following industry-standard software:

• Core 3D Modeling & Rendering: Autodesk 3ds Max (Must-Have)
• Render Engines: V-Ray or Corona Renderer (Must-Have)
• Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop (for color correction, compositing, and matte painting)
• Secondary 3D/CAD Softwares (Good to have): SketchUp, Autodesk AutoCAD, Blender, or Lumion

Key Responsibilities -

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic interior/exterior renderings based on architectural layouts.
• Texturing & Lighting: Apply realistic textures, materials, and complex lighting setups to achieve true-to-life visual outputs.
• Post-Processing: Enhance rendered images using Photoshop to add entourage (people, vegetation), adjust lighting, and fine-tune colors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intents and execute revisions.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize an internal library of 3D models, textures, and materials.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications -

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience working as a 3D Visualizer in architecture, interior design, or real estate development.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Animation, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating exceptional lighting, texturing, and photorealistic rendering skills is mandatory.
• Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of scale, proportion, architectural elements, and interior styling.
• Soft Skills: Ability to meet tight deadlines, take constructive feedback, and communicate ideas clearly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
