Job Summary

WISE is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualiser to develop realistic 3D models and high-quality renders for interior design and architectural projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures and spatial planning, with the ability to convert design concepts and technical drawings into visually appealing presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and realistic renders for interior design and architectural projects.
• Convert 2D drawings, floor plans and design concepts into accurate 3D visualisations.
• Develop interior views, perspectives and presentation renders based on project requirements.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, furniture and finishes to achieve realistic results.
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand design concepts and project specifications.
• Incorporate design changes and feedback while maintaining accuracy and visual quality.
• Prepare high-quality renders and visual presentations for client meetings and design approvals.
• Ensure dimensions, proportions, materials and finishes are consistent with the approved designs.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver visualisations within project timelines.
• Maintain organised project files and ensure consistency in rendering standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in 3D visualisation.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or D5 Render.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture and spatial proportions.
• Strong visualisation skills, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and work effectively with design teams.
• A portfolio showcasing completed interior design or architectural visualisation projects is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
