Dwaraka Corporation Pvt Ltd, Puttur Dakshina kannada a leading property developer is looking for a senior 3D Designer / Visualizer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural visualization for real estate and construction projects. This is a senior, independent role: the candidate must be able to manage Revit-based modelling and the full visualization workflow with minimal supervision, producing high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs and presentations that support design, marketing and client approvals.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Visualization

• Independently create and manage BIM models in Revit for residential, layout and commercial projects, owning the modelling workflow end to end
• Develop 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential projects (villas, apartments), layout developments/plots, commercial spaces and other project types
• Create interior and exterior visualizations and prepare 2D-to-3D conversions from CAD drawings

Walkthrough & Presentation Outputs

• Design 3D walkthrough animations and fly-through videos
• Produce presentation materials for client meetings, sales & marketing brochures, and digital campaigns

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, the Design Team Lead, and sales & marketing teams
• Ensure designs match approved drawings and actual site conditions

Concept Development & Ownership

• Assist in design concept development, suggesting improvements in space planning, elevation design and visual appeal
• Take ownership of visualization quality and turnaround without close supervision
• Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen on visualization standards and Revit workflows

Software & Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Revit (mandatory – must be able to model and manage independently)
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• Photoshop

Preferred

• After Effects / Premiere Pro (for animations)
• Candidates who are ready to relocate Puttur are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in real estate development projects, construction or architectural firms
• Portfolio showcasing exterior renders, interior designs and walkthrough videos
