3Pax - Embedded Software Engineer (Semiconductor/Electronic)

What you will do

• Develop embedded software for STM32-based control systems
• Write, test and maintain firmware in C
• Build supporting tools and scripts in Python
• Interface software with hardware peripherals and communication protocols
• Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems issues
• Work with hardware and engineering teams during product development
• Take part in system testing and documentation
• Work with Field Service to resolve system problems

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related
• Strong C programming skills, plus Python
• Familiar with STM32 microcontrollers, peripherals and debugging tools
• Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C or CAN
• Experience with embedded control systems
• Familiar with Git
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills
• Exposure to semiconductor test (ATE) platforms, or data and automation skills (Python, SQL), is an advantage
