We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Poland. 3PL Warehouse Supervisor will support the day-to-day management of third-party warehouse operations within an assigned area, ensuring smooth execution, strong service levels, and efficient delivery. This role focuses on operational supervision, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in cooperation with the 3PL partner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage performance, quality, cost, and capacity of 3PL partners;
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to delivery, customer experience, and operations;
• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events);
• Develop and implement operational strategies;
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations;
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience managing projects and delivering measurable results;
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure;
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience with 3PL management;
• Experience in scaling operations or launching new processes;
• Comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments.
