• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration and support.
• Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.
• Provide early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support in literacy education or special education needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings during parent-teacher conferences.
