Job Summary

3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:00AM, Overtime as needed

96 hrs vacation eligible in 1st year.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cell Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment within a designated cell, ensuring efficient and high-quality output. Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery within the production cell to meet daily output targets.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues early.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Document production data accurately, including cycle times, quantities produced, and equipment status.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and address operational challenges promptly.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
