Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic 3rd Shift Full Time Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring our environment remains spotless, safe, and welcoming for all staff and visitors. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will work during the overnight hours to perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, maintain sanitation standards, and uphold safety protocols. Your efforts will directly contribute to a clean, healthy, and professional workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
• Operate floor cleaners, vacuums, to ensure floors are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, application, and disposal.
• Conduct routine sanitation tasks such as trash removal, disinfecting surfaces, and replenishing supplies to promote a hygienic environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries, including heavy lifting using safe lifting practices.
• Document completed tasks accurately in shift reports and communicate any issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and adhere strictly to chemical handling safety procedures.
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor cleaners, vacuums, and sanitation tools.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with team members or visitors.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
