We are seeking a Service Desk Agent to join our team at quality Inn by Choice Hotels. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service and support to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Assist with reservations and provide information regarding room availability and rates.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using hotel management software.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Conduct nightly audits of the hotel's financial and operational activities, including reviewing and balancing the ledger, verifying room inventory, and counting cash and credit card receipts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including room bookings, guest payments, and credit card transactions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the night.
• Perform night checks to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and other public spaces.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure seamless service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Front desk clerk/associate needed immediately.

Position requires the applicant be able to work 2 nights a week 3rd shift (from 11pm-7am) every weekend Friday and Saturday night. This position is part time

Applicant must be available to work holidays and weekends If needed.
