Position Summary:
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations during the night shift 10pm-6am Monday through Friday. This role ensures the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of our products. You’ll lead and motivate a team of employees, manage workflows, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and serve as the key decision-maker for all production-related matters on your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production employees across multiple departments
• Coordinate shift start-up and shutdown activities
• Monitor production schedules and output to meet operational targets
• Enforce all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and address disciplinary issues as needed
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve production processes
• Complete shift reports and communicate key updates to incoming shifts

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Working knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA/ISO)
• Mechanically inclined or background in extrusion, printing, or packaging a plus
• Must be able to work overnight hours
