Pay Rate: $65,545.00-98,318.00/yr

Shift: 11pm-7:30am

Description: OpSource has partnered with a full-service metal fabrication and machining company located in Anderson, SC. These are all direct hire positions.

Position Summary: As the Value Stream Manager, you’ll oversee production performance while mentoring your team to reach their full potential. Every decision you make keeps us efficient, safe, and customer-focused.

Job requirements for the position may include: What You’ll Do:

✅ Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand

✅ Monitor & manage key performance metrics: Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost

✅ Develop and coach team Members for growth and advancement

✅ Identify and eliminate safety hazards to keep operations secure

✅ Drive continuous improvement through TER and Lean practices

✅ Maintain 5S (CANDO), visual factory, and preventative maintenance standards

✅ Encourage Member input and foster open communication

✅ Manage team performance including evaluations, coaching, and corrective action

✅ Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize processes

Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
✅Broad knowledge of supervisory techniquesand manufacturing functions

✅5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred

✅ Strong communication & leadership skills with a people-first approach

✅ Ability to navigate production areas—including confined spaces and elevated platforms

✅ A continuous improvement mindset—you’re always looking for ways to make things better

✅Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
