4 Months Contract Operations Executive (Feedback Management/Service Excellence)

Job Scope:

• Support the review, investigation and management of patient, caregiver and public feedback received through various feedback channels
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate timely case review, service recovery and closure of feedback cases
• Analyse feedback trends and recurring service issues to identify opportunities for service improvement and organisational learning
• Translate feedback insights into actionable recommendations and support implementation of improvement initiatives
• Build familiarity with complaint management, service recovery principles and stakeholder engagement in managing complex and sensitive cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a business-related discipline

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects

• Curious, analytical and able to translate insights into action

• Experience in healthcare, patient experience, service improvement, project management or related fields
