Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative support on project management, system development, and implementation of an AI-enabled hotline platform.
• Monitor contractors to ensure their work and deliverables comply with corporate standards and user requirements.
• Handle technical coordination and configuration for Cloud Infrastructure Services (including DCI, and DSF environments).

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including 1 year in a similar capacity.

• Experience in test planning and review (SIT, UAT, load/stress test, regression test).
• Nice-to-have: Experience involving LLMs (Large Language Models), ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), or hotline systems.
