该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 Responsibilities 1. 使用 SolidWorks 独立完成产品组合中机械部件的设计。 Independently design mechanical components of the product portfolio using SolidWorks. 2. 在工业环境中，综合考虑功能、材料、工艺及经济性等因素，进行传感器零部件与组装 体的设计。 Design parts and assemblies for sensors in an industrial environment, taking into account functional, material, manufacturing, and economic aspects. 3. 作为子项目经理，协调设计任务，并管理与采购、生产及其他内部相关方之间的跨领域 对接工作。 Coordinate design tasks as a sub-project manager, managing cross-disciplinary interface activities with purchasing, manufacturing, and other internal stakeholders. 4. 评估新产品开发所需的设计工作量，并在整个开发周期内监控进度。 Determine the design effort required for upcoming product developments and monitor progress throughout the entire development period. 5. 参与制定设计标准并推动其在跨厂区的实施，确保所开发的零部件与装配体能够按时、功能完备且满足使用要求地交付。 Contribute to defining design standards and driving cross-site implementation, ensuring on-time, functional, and installation-ready delivery of developed parts and assemblies. 6. 主导设计评审，并在国际化工作环境中，确保与内外部供应商就零件制造与质量验证达成一致。 Take technical leadership of design reviews and ensure agreement on part manufacturing and quality verification with internal and external suppliers in an international environment. 7. 依据规格/需求文档的要求（如强度、散热、寿命、磨损及公差等）进行计算与设计。 Calculate and design according to requirements (specifications/requirements documents), such as strength, heat dissipation, service life, wear, and part tolerances. 8. 设计测试方案，以验证相关计算结果。 Design tests to verify the calculations. 任职要求 Requirements 1. 机械工程、塑料工程或其他相关工程专业学位，或具备同等资格。 Degree in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification. 2. 在类似岗位上拥有多年的工作经验。 Several years of experience in a comparable position. 3. 除具备优秀的 3D CAD 专业能力外，还拥有丰富的设计方法论知识，以及塑料和金属制造工艺方面的经验。 In addition to excellent 3D CAD expertise, possess extensive knowledge of design methodology and experience in plastic and metal manufacturing processes. 4. 具备扎实的 FMEA 和 Design for X（DfX）设计方法知识，掌握电子设备方面的必要知识。 Solid knowledge of FMEA and Design for X (DfX) methodologies, with basic knowledge of electronic devices. 5. 具备项目管理经验及 SolidWorks 在实际工作中的应用经验。 Project management experience and experience using SolidWorks. 6. 拥有在国际化环境下跨厂区项目工作的经验。 Experience working on cross-site projects in an international environment. 7. 富有创造力、以目标为导向的团队合作者。 Creative team player with a passion for initiative and goal-orientation. 8. 拥有系统化的思维、善于分析的能力以及严谨的做事风格。 Systematic, analytical, and precise way of working. 9. 具备自信的职业形象和良好的领导能力。 Confident appearance and leadership strength. 10. 具备基础英语听说读写能力，能适应中德跨境项目协作。 Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to collaborate in China–Germany cross-border projects
