We're hiring a 4D BIM Modeler to link 3D BIM models with construction schedules for simulation, sequencing, and clash detection helping teams plan smarter and avoid delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Build 4D simulations by integrating BIM models with project schedules
- Run clash detection and coordinate fixes with design/construction teams
- Create construction sequencing visuals for planning and stakeholder reviews
- Align model elements with schedule activities in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Coordinate models via BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
