Job Summary:
Inspire Academy is now hiring passionate and dedicated 4th-6th grade teachers who have a genuine love for children and a commitment to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. As a private school with a small classroom setting and low teacher-to-student ratio, we provide an environment where teachers can build meaningful relationships with students and give individualized attention that supports student success.

We are seeking enthusiastic educators who can create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and thrive. The ideal candidate is patient, creative, organized, and passionate about elementary education.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans for 4-6th grade students
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide individualized support through small class sizes
• Encourage student participation and academic growth
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Maintain classroom organization and positive behavior expectations
• Support students’ social and emotional development

Qualifications:

• Must have a love for children and a passion for teaching
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Teaching certification preferred (if applicable)
