• Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, analyzing performance data to inform instruction and support individual growth.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management strategies to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, educational technology integration, and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming classroom activities through parent-teacher conferences and digital platforms.
• Incorporate learning technology tools and library resources to enrich lessons and foster independent research skills among students.

• Proven experience in elementary school teaching with a focus on early childhood development principles.

• Skills in tutoring or private instruction to support student achievement outside regular classroom hours.
