4x4 Accessory Workshop Foreman

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone with workshop leadership experience available in our TJM 4x4 Coopers Plains workshop.

This is a hands on role for someone that enjoys being part of a team of people with a passion for 4x4 vehicles.

You will work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to achieve the desired outcomes for our customers whether their vehicle is for off road, touring or trade.

Key Attributes for the roles:

• An ability to lead and motivate a team

• A trade qualification as a Mechanic or Auto Electrician is desirable

• Experience in Automotive Accessory Fitting

• Be able to keep a clean, organised work space

• Excellent attention to detail

• Be able to plan and multi task in order to maintain workshop efficiency

• The desire to help others so as to achieve common goals

• The ability to QC and problem solve with a customer focus

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and develop with a progressive industry leader!
