What they need
Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Ubuntu) admin & shell scripting. Knowledge of cyberattack vectors & remediation. Backup strategy, cron jobs, log analysis. CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, SVN. Server hardening, firewall rules (iptables, ufw).
Required Candidate profile
RHCE / RHCSA CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) CompTIA Security+ GIAC certifications (GSEC, GPEN, GCIA) Firewall, IDS/IPS exposure preferred.
