Our clients are leading Main Contractors and Consultancies.

Location : Kowloon / New Territories(Northern Metropolis) / Macau
Remuneration: 5 days work, Double Pay + Project Bonus , Medical & Dental Insurance , Travel Allowances / Shuttle Bus Service (for remote site locations)

Engineer - Senior Engineer（Building / Structural/ Civil / Design）

Project Scope: Infrastructure(Civil) , Government Projects, Public Housing & Residential Developments

• Manage site operations, site progress, and safety compliance for civil projects (for Site Engineer)
• Handle structural/civil design coordination, calculations, and technical submissions (for Design / Structural Engineers).
• Oversee both on-site execution and off-site planning/administrative tasks.

Building Services Engineer / Senior BS Engineer

Project Scope: Public Housing, Commercial, Hospital, Data Centre

• Oversee day-to-day BS site progress, testing & commissioning, and quality control.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions and statutory utility applications.
• Coordinate the production and review of CSD, CBWD, and CRCP drawings.

Quantity Surveyor (Assistant QS / QS / Senior QS)
Project Scope: Infrastructure (Civil), Government Projects, Commercial & Residential Developments

• Handle full-spectrum QS functions for main contract and sub-contract works.
• Manage budgeting, cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cash flow forecasting.
• Perform variation order (VO) valuations, site measurements, interim payment applications, and final accounts settlement.
• Coordinate with project teams, sub-contractors, consultants, and clients on commercial and cost control matters.

E&M Engineer (MVAC / Electrical /BMS)

Project Scope: Public Housing,Data Centre

• Manage daily site operations and installation of E&M systems.
• Inspect works for quality control, coordinate schedules with main contractors and sub-contractors.

Assistant Safety Officer (ASO) / Registered Safety Officer (RSO) Location : HK / Macau

Project Scope: Hospitals, Public Housing, High-End Residential, Infrastructure, DSD/WSD, Tunnelling

• Implement and maintain the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce corporate safety policies.
