Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily department operations and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, product planning and allocation according to sales and customer demand.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, merchandising and store presentation.
• Supervise, guide and train Retail Assistants to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
