About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable 503A Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in pharmacy sales, wellness, weight management, longevity, or healthcare-related products who is comfortable building relationships with healthcare professionals and wellness-focused businesses.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of wellness and weight-management products and be able to communicate product information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, wellness providers, clinics, and other potential customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email, networking, and other sales channels.
• Present and explain our product offerings in a clear and professional manner.
• Educate prospective customers on available products and services within approved company guidelines.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Meet established sales and revenue goals.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Stay informed about wellness, weight-management, longevity, and related healthcare product trends.
• Work closely with the internal team to support customer needs and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmacy sales, healthcare sales, wellness, medical sales, or a related field.
• Knowledge of weight-management, wellness, longevity, or metabolic-health products.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, pharmacies, med spas, or wellness businesses is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with 503A pharmacy operations or the compounding pharmacy industry is highly preferred.

Compensation

$53,387.23 – $64,294.30 per year

Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and sales performance.
