Choice isn’t optional. It’s everything.

In life. In health. In how we fight for our future. But somewhere along the way, medicine forgot that. Today’s system runs on one-size-fits-all answers and a cold “just take this” mentality. It’s efficient. It’s easy. It’s wrong.

EVEXIAS exists to blow that model wide open.

We’re pioneering a new way of doing things, and it starts by handing the decision back to the people who matter... you and your provider. TOGETHER, you choose treatments tailored to your whole self: mind, body, and spirit—including advanced, personalized hormone therapies designed to restore balance and vitality.

We go beyond surface symptoms to uncover the root cause, using today’s breakthroughs to ignite a transition of modern medicine…where insight runs deeper, care is pro-active, and connection is everything. We dig deeper. Treat smarter. And restore something even more powerful than health—your Freedom. This isn’t just healthcare. It’s your comeback story, and that story starts with a choice.

Get Well. Live Well.

Description

As a 503B Fulfillment Technician, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that hormone pellets are shipped and received with the utmost care and accuracy. Your contributions will help ensure that our patients receive the medications they rely on in a timely and safe manner. You will be working closely with our team to maintain compliance with FDA regulations, track shipments, and ensure that all materials are properly handled.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping Receiving: Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments of hormone pellets, ensuring that all products are received, inspected, and documented in accordance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, accurately record all inventory transactions, and perform regular stock audits to ensure product availability and prevent any discrepancies.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict protocols to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, including checking for damages, expiration dates, and accuracy of product labeling.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of all shipments and received products, ensuring compliance with 503B guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the fulfillment process, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines, including proper handling of materials and adherence to FDA, cGMP, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They must demonstrate the capacity to collaborate as an active team player to resolve problems, while maintaining excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of working autonomously within established procedures and practices, and should exhibit a keen attention to detail, with the ability to promptly detect and communicate potential quality-related issues.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or pharmaceutical compounding (preferably in a 503B setting) is highly desirable.
  • No prior felonies and no misdemeanors with relation to controlled substances
  • Ability to pass initial and subsequent drug tests with regards to illicit drugs
