Basic Salary: S$2,320 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Work Schedule: 5 days per week for restaurant
Locations: Multiple locations across Singapore

About the Role

We are recruiting Kitchen Staff to support daily operations across our Japanese restaurant and central kitchen outlets.

Kitchen Staff / Kitchen Assistant

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting and portioning ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and operating procedures.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Monitor ingredient supplies and assist with stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Support daily kitchen operations and perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, attentive to detail and committed to food hygiene.
• Relevant kitchen or bakery experience is an advantage but not mandatory where training is provided.
• Able to meet the practical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and handling ingredients or equipment safely, where applicable.
• Willing to work according to the designated work schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary of S$2,320 per month.

• Full-service restaurant allowance of S$200 per month for eligible positions.

• Location allowance of S$100 per month for designated locations.

• Year-end performance bonus, subject to company policy and eligibility.

Allowances and incentives vary by outlet and position. The applicable package will be explained to shortlisted candidates.

• Toa Payoh, Parkway Parade, Century Square, Novena Square, NEX, Ang Mo Kio Hub, Great World, VivoCity, Jurong Point, Punggol Coast Mall, Seletar Mall, Suntec City, JEM, Northpoint, Guoco Tower and Tai Seng Central Kitchen.

Final placement will depend on the vacancy, operational requirements and the candidate's suitability.
