5G Network Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned network projects
• Plan and manage new customer connectivity, network upgrades, relocations and disconnect projects
• Provide L1/L2/L3 network support for critical IT service interruptions
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA
• Handle customer and internal escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and external stakeholders
• Design and upgrade enterprise/customer network infrastructure
• Re-architect network segments based on business and technology requirements
• Evaluate existing network infrastructure and recommend improvements
• Support network engineering, implementation and operational activities
• Participate in major network infrastructure upgrade and enhancement projects
• Ensure network documentation, engineering tools and operational procedures are maintained
• Drive process improvements, lessons learned and service enhancements
• Monitor SLA compliance and support high-priority incident resolution
• Participate in disaster recovery and network recovery activities
