**เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานทัวร์และการเดินทาง – เกาะช้าง (สัญญาจ้าง 6 เดือน)**

About the role

We are looking for a responsible team member who is organised and passionate about service to manage tour bookings, activities, and shuttle services, as well as coordinate with customers and service providers in the Koh Chang area to ensure smooth travel experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and manage tour bookings, activities, and private shuttle services
• Communicate with customers in Thai and English, providing information on travel programmes, prices, pickup points, and booking details
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels, tour operators, and local partners
• Prepare quotations, verify service availability, confirm and follow up on bookings
• Schedule daily operations and monitor tour and shuttle service delivery
• Handle booking changes, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
• Record booking data, payments, and service provider information accurately and up to date
• Recommend tours and services suitable to customer needs

About you

• Able to speak English well and read–write English to communicate with customers
• Able to communicate Thai well
• Experience in tourism, tour coordination, hotels, bookings, or customer service
• Good at prioritising tasks, thorough, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, solve problems well, and handle urgent work during peak tourism season
• Able to use LINE, WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheet programmes
• Able to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays according to agreed schedule
• Able to reside and work on Koh Chang for the entire 6-month contract period
• Knowledge of Koh Chang area or experience in tour and shuttle coordination will be given special consideration
