COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE (FIELD LOAN OFFICER)

(Willing stay in branch from Monday to Friday)

Qualifications:
*Willing mag stay in sa branch from Monday to Friday
*With or without experience
*As long as willing in 100% Field works
*High School Grad. / College Level
*Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible.
*No age limit

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Motivate and form new groups. (clients/members)
*Providing loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
*Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentations, and weekly center meetings.
*Implement Orientation
*Maintain good relationship with clients (new & existing)
*Again, willing mag stay in sa branch from Monday to Friday

FOR NORTH AREA
*Capas Tarlac
*Gerona Tarlac
*Castillejos Zambales

FOR SOUTH AREA
*Calauan Laguna
*Nagcarlan Laguna
*Calamba Laguna

*Again, willing mag stay in sa branch from Monday to Friday
