• Salary: Gross up to $3000
• Working Day: Mon - Fri
• Working Hours: 7am - 4.36pm
• Location: Loyang

🛠 Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping activities, including shipment bookings, delivery schedules, and transportation arrangements.
• Process shipping orders, delivery documents, and goods issue transactions using the SAP system.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in SAP, resolve shipment discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping requirements.
