Job Description :

• Support recruitment and HR-related projects, including hiring and onboarding of specialist staff.
• Work with HR teams to improve and streamline existing recruitment processes.
• Organise, clean and maintain HR data using Excel.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest ways to automate or simplify them using Excel, VBA or Power Automate.
• Develop simple, user-friendly tools and reports to help the HR team work more efficiently.
• Use data to prepare reports and support HR decision-making.
• Work closely with different HR teams and handle confidential information professionally.

Job Requirement :

• Min Diploma in HR, Business or any related field
• 1 year of relevant experience / no exp but with related field of study are welcome!
• Comfortable with fast pace environment
