需輪班工作
(i)每周正常工時:不得多於每周共54小時(如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資)
(ii)固定:每周6天，每天9小時
·06:30-16:30（包括用膳/休息時間1小時）
·08:00-18:00（包括用膳/休息時間1小時）
職務範圍：僱主不得安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務：僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務
清洗碗碟、餐具及廚具；日常餐廳及廚房清潔
語言要求：
會話：一般粵語，無需英文，無需普通話
讀寫：一般中文，無需英文，無需普通話
最低入職要求：
小六程度、一年經驗
