What they need
工作职责 1、负责物理层射频软件设计、开发、调试等工作； 2、负责与物理层软件/硬件/算法/ASIC联调，实现功能交付。
任职要求 1、计算机/电子信息/通信工程/软件等相关专业毕业； 2、熟悉C语言，有过ARM/DSP 平台开发经验； 3、有NR/WCDMA/LTE/GSM等一种通讯系统工作经历； 4、熟悉嵌入式开发系统开发及相关调试工具； 5、具有良好的学习分析能力， 责任心强，有良好的沟通能力和团队。 加分项： 1、熟悉射频IC和前端器件； 2、熟悉IQ调制解调，AD/DA采样，灵敏度/RSSI/RSRP等功率计算； 3、熟悉数字信号处理或通信原理； 4、熟悉3GPP协议，有物理层或射频相关工作经验； 5、有校准综测或客户终端产线相关工作经验； 6、射频算法DPD/ET/IRR等相关工作经验优先。
