Eligible for a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program, designed to develop clinical skills and facilitate a transition into specialized fields, including a pathway to ICU within 12-18 months.

Qualifications include: graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, and specialty-specific credentials may be required based on the unit.

Key skills: clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, time management, and fundamental nursing skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts is necessary.
