Retail Sales Assistant (Mobile )

工作地點 Location： 觀塘

工作時間 Working Hours： 13-20點，雙休

工作職責 Responsibilities（中文）

重點標註：只接待到店上門顧客，毋須外出拜訪、毋須自行開拓客戶。

1. 接待到店顧客，聆聽顧客需要，講解手提電話之產品規格、功能，提供選購建議。

2. 處理銷售流程、收銀開單，完成交易，提供基礎售後查詢服務。

3. 維持店內樣機及貨品陳列整齊美觀。

4. 執行貨品盤點，記錄存貨情況，處理店內日常營運雜務。

入職要求 Requirements（中文）

1. 廣東話流利，具備基本普通話溝通能力，略懂英文更佳。

2. 中五或以上學歷；有手機 / 數碼產品門店銷售經驗優先，歡迎有零售服務經驗人士。

3. 待人有禮，性格親切，具備基礎溝通及服務意識，工作認真負責。

4. 對手機及數碼產品有基本認知，如果願意學習產品知識也可。

About the role

Retail Sales Assistant for mobile phones. The role involves welcoming in-store customers, understanding their needs, explaining mobile phone product specifications and features, and providing purchase recommendations. No external visits or customer development required.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome in-store customers, listen to their needs, explain mobile phone product specifications and features, and provide purchase recommendations
• Handle sales processes, process payments and invoices, complete transactions, and provide basic after-sales enquiry services
• Maintain neat and attractive display of in-store sample units and merchandise
• Execute inventory checks, record stock status, and handle daily store operational tasks

About you

• Fluent in Cantonese with basic Mandarin communication ability; some English knowledge is a plus
• Secondary 5 or above education; prior experience in mobile phone or digital product retail sales is preferred; retail service experience is welcome
• Polite manner, friendly personality, basic communication and service awareness, conscientious and responsible in work
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and digital products; willingness to learn product knowledge is acceptable
