About the role

Senior Accounting/Finance Officer responsible for managing financial transactions, accounting records, and financial reporting for a property management company.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices for rental fees, water, electricity, utilities, and other expenses incurred by tenants/space users, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Record financial documents including collections, income, and expenses in accordance with established regulations and requirements
• Process approved expenses from the employer
• Prepare receipts and tax invoices and deliver them to tenants on schedule
• Prepare debt reminder notices and verify daily cash collections
• Advise contractors and contract partners on payment procedures and issue billing statements
• Prepare monthly financial and accounting reports for submission to management
• Establish collection systems, debt tracking systems, and receipt issuance systems with verification controls to prevent fraud

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance work
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting, accounting standards, taxation, and regulations of the Revenue Department
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and accounting software systems
• Meticulous, honest, and disciplined in work
• Able to work on-site at the office location (Samut Prakan) — personal vehicle ownership will be given special consideration due to limited public transportation access to the work area
• Experience in accounting or finance for building management or real estate business is preferred
