兼職貴賓室客戶服務員 (時薪 70元)

About the role

You will provide excellent and attentive reception services to VIP passengers in a lounge setting. The role requires outstanding teamwork and a high level of service enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional reception services and assist guests with VIP lounge registration procedures
• Guide guests to their seats, arrange seating appropriately, and ensure smooth traffic flow and comfortable space
• Handle gift redemption and related registration tasks, carefully processing each redemption process
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, proactively provide required information and assistance, and demonstrate attentive service

About you

• Available to work at least two days per week; preference given to those who can work on Fridays
• Basic front-line customer service experience; experience in shopping malls, clubs, hotels, or upscale restaurants is preferred
• Good service attitude including politeness, punctuality, and sense of responsibility
• Able to adapt to prolonged standing work; please assess your own physical condition
• Language abilities: fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills

• 即時回覆客人查詢，主動提供所需資訊與協助，展現細緻服務

任職要求

• 每星期可上班至少兩天；能於週五上班者優先考慮
• 具備基本前線客戶服務經驗；曾有商場、會所、酒店或高級餐廳工作經驗者獲優先考慮
• 具良好服務態度，包括有禮貌、守時及責任感
• 需適應長時間站立工作，請自行評估體能狀況
• 語言能力：流利廣東話，並具基本英語及普通話溝通能力
